I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Miranda Moreno. To say she is the epitome of customer service is an understatement. Ms. Moreno understood the importance of my personal loan, explained the processes in order to obtain said loan, and waited for the approval (which took a little longer than expected). Once the process was completed on her end, she contacted me to ensure I looked out for the documents, which I immediately signed and received my loan within hours.
