  We were so lucky to work with Adam! As first time home buyers, there was a lot to navigate, especially in this competitive housing market. Adam took time with us to educate us about the mortgage application process, and to ensure we understood our next steps at each phase of our journey. At the drop of a hat, Adam made himself available to provide us with estimated monthly mortgage payments on listings we were interested in. We truly could not have found our home without his help!

  I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Adam I would not be a preparing to move into my very first home!! I was up against incredible odds when it came to debt to income ratio (student loans, ya feel me?) and Adam was willing to work with me when everyone else told me it was a lost cause. He was super patient and I felt like he was just as invested in getting me approved as I was. I felt like we were in it together, which was very comforting when making such a large and scary purchase on your own. And not only did he work magic and get me my mortgage, he also got me an insanely low monthly payment! If you want someone who is going to answer all your questions even at odd hours of the day, stay present and engaged throughout the entire home buying process, and get you the mortgage you want a low monthly payment, look no further. Adam Kracht makes dreams come true.
