  A home refinance is a complicated journey with definite demands on your time during the period of a month or two – you’re basically going through the process of buying your house all over again at a new rate. There’s a lot to sustain you through the journey, namely, the excitement of reducing your monthly mortgage payment by locking in a new lower interest rate. And, in truth, you need a high level of excitement to motivate you as you now begin to jump through many hoops en route to the finish line. There’s the gathering of massive amounts of personal documentation to support the new loan, the making of your credit information available to the bank, the poring over reams of disclosure statements, the seemingly endless signing of final papers with a notary, maybe even an appraisal of your home. Just when you think it surely has to be over, there’s something else to do that will take a couple hours of your evening after a hard day at work. And so that’s where you need a mortgage broker to guide you through the process calmly and competently and give you the confidence that, yes, everything is going to work out. I can’t say enough about how admirably Lee and the others at the Adeline Mortgage Team demonstrated these qualities throughout the journey. They kept their eye on the calendar so that we didn’t lose the phenomenal interest rate. They kept the paperwork flowing back and forth, always aware of where we needed to be in the process to stay on track. When something in a disclosure or document worried me that I wasn’t actually going to get the great terms that I’d been promised, Lee was always there the next morning with an email or phone call to explain the numbers and assure me that all was well. It really was such a positive experience to work with Adeline Mortgage Team. They’re so efficient, organized, positive, and friendly – true guides through the refinance saga. You really do get the sense that they are a true team! I feel like refinancing my house and knocking almost $500 off of my monthly mortgage payment was a big accomplishment in 2021, and I’m glad I used this team to do it.
