  My experience with Jacob was phenomenal. This was my first home loan and Jacob made it flawless. The seller requested for a 21 day closure and believe it or not, Jacob made it happen in less than 19 days. The process on the whole was very smooth and he ensured that I feel comfortable at each and every step of the whole process. He is very patient and highly knowledgeable in his field, and shares them as needed with us, to make us aware of the processes involved. Personally, I felt a lot satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone out there who is looking for a smoother loan approval.
