      So many issues with Adept I don't even know where to begin. They were once great and now they are... not so great. :(

      I filed an extension they completely forgot about it then she said it would be done that week, then I was told I needed to fill out another paper and I promptly did and brought in in on time by April 15 th, I thought it was done I hear nothing, so I go down there last week and she tried to blam it on me that I did not completel the paperwork I said I did and handed it to Her colleague. She told me that I was due a refund and there was no hurry for it whatsoever so I guess if you owe that’s when they take it seriously . I was upset by this and made a phone call afterwards asking her to call me I’d like to discuss when it was going to be done I got no phone call I made another phone call the next week on Monday and still got no phone calls and made another phone call today I am completely at a loss as to why I cannot get my taxes filed and why this is taking almost 7 1/2 months to do so I’d give it a. zero star if I could I would never be coming back to this place again they are understaffed obviously and still do not get my phone calls returned.
