      Craig Ronning as his team were great. He reached out to me early by telephone and actually spoke with me, which is becoming a rarity these days. The other loan company we were prequalified with chose to only communicate with us by email.That was unacceptable to me, but that is my point of view from my generation. I was also happy that I was advised to lock in my rate early as the rates went up twice within 3 weeks.
