      They recently did away with Saturday lobby hours. Do they expect me to take a day off of work for routine banking? They also refill their ATM during morning rush hour when the lobby is not yet open. Every day cars of angry customers are refused ATM service and have no access to their money as they head out for the day. I have talked to the manager about it and they insist that there is no possible solution to the problem, even though this is the only bank I have ever seen experience it. Two of the last three times that I have tried to deposit a check at the drive through they have cashed it by accident, necessitating a second transaction to accomplish the most basic banking task. I am changing banks!

      Not exchanging bills for customers that don't have an account is beyond idiotic. Not only was my request refused, I wasn't offered the opportunity to even open a new account so that I possibly wouldn't have the same issue in the future. The company needs to look into hiring managers and other employees that understand business a little better. When I do open an account here (I mentioned I was new to the area) it will certainly not be with Adirondack. I'll make sure to let my fellow physicians to know as well.
