      Martin Bell was excellent! From our first meeting, I knew that we would be able to work very well together to sell our house. Marty has a great demeanor, he is not aggressive, and instead of trying to impose his will upon us, he presented us with ideas and options and let us choose the path we were most comfortable with. Marty has a lot of real estate sales experience, so if you want to know what to expect, he will be able to educate you well. Marty is very positive and has an upbeat attitude that made working with him a true pleasure. We encountered several hurdles/bumps that were neither foreseeable nor within anyone's control, but Marty got us to the finish line with his expertise and guidance! Buying and selling a house can be one of the most stressful things that you do, but Marty takes the stress onto himself and gets it done! I can't recommend him enough!
