      Seriously, the most friendly bank I have ever gone to! Lauren, Branch Manager of Plattsburgh, has gone above and beyond for me on my many accounts and for my mother. We both have auto loans here as well. During the pandemic, we fell behind a bit and she worked with us in every way possible. Every person at this bank is friendly and shows they are more than just a business. They deserve 6/5 stars. If you’re looking to switch banks, don’t even think twice. This is the one to go to!

      I have been with this bank for 35 years. It always treated me with sincerely and honestly. Never had any problem with getting cash in and out. Trusted the manager and the tellers. Provided help whenever asked about money matters.
