      D2 people who previously worked here who stayed with me through my loans, and who informed me about everything I needed to know and answered all my questions, no longer with you. And since they left, every time I get a call from advance America the employees are very rude. This time around the lady called, Natalie, I asked her how much my next payment was and she proceeded to tell me how much I know, but she started telling me something completely different than what I’ve been told the last several years. And then when I advised her that this wasn’t what I’ve been told, it was not my understanding, she began to Bad mouth the previous agents that worked here. Advance America has gone downhill since the last time I renewed my loan installment. Once I have it paid off, I will not be renewing with Advance America ever again.
