Alicia is rude anytime you have to talk to her. She acts condescending and has a horrible customer service tone. Obviously if I'm borrowing from a place like this times are bad and desperate, so it doesn't help to have someone treat you like she does. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint against her first thing in the morning.

This company sends solicitation with Carol the branch managers signature on it and then when you call to do an application they deny you access to do an application based on if someone has used you as a reference. DO NOT use this company! What a joke…
