  We just wanted to drop a line regarding the once again AMAZING service provided by Charles Bucklin and his Staff at Advanced Mortgage LLC. This is the third loan Charlie has done for us and unfortunately maybe the last as we may have found our forever home. This round was extremely tough but he came through at the zero hour with perfect documents despite circumstances beyond his control. As stated by our Relator it was a "Closing Miracle". We will refer anyone at anytime to him without hesitation as it is our opinion that he is the best in the industry.

  Charles Bucklin was fantastic to work with! Very professional but also easy going. He advised me every step of the way. I was in contact with him long before I purchased my home to get advice about how to put myself in position to get approval on the level of house I wanted. When the time came to make a move he was there for me- making revisions and getting things done. I was able to get the first house I put a contract on which is excellent in this current inflated sellers market. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomended him to any of my friends, family, or anyone looking to buy a home.

  Charlie was an absolute pleasure to work with for my first time home purchase. I'm generally fairly stubborn and not very trusting of folks selling me a product. However, Charlie was able to maintain a high level of professionalism while still being down to earth which made me very comfortable. I never felt any anxiety through the home buying process because he always assured me he was on top of it, and he was. His responsiveness is second to none and always got back to me in a timely fashion, even outside of normal business hours when necessary. Beyond the great working experience and easy and smooth transaction process, he was able to secure an awesome rate for me and was super informative through every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to any of my friends and family. Overall, my experience with Charlie was top notch and I couldn't have asked for a better broker to have in my corner.
