  In the last three years, I have re-financed twice and sold a home with a mortgage company in Virginia. Chris Jordan and his team far exceeded my prior experiences with that company. Prior to purchasing my next home, I reached out to Chris Jordan and his team to discuss renovation loan options. Chris and his team were very responsive, thorough, and extremely well-informed with regards to the various loan options and the mechanics of how these loans work. Ultimately, I went with a conventional loan and purchase but even in this case, Chris and his team were in constant contact with me, discussing options to improve the loan parameters. The end result was an experience that far exceeded my expectations. Attention to detail, trustworthiness, and advocating on my behalf were just a few things out of the many that stood out in this experience. I don't know how else they could have improved.
