Terrible experience every time I've worked with these guys. Botched my car loan multiple times. Most recently I tried to refinance with some cash out to repair damage on my vehicle. They were super helpful at first but eventually denied me because they didn't like the shop I chose - they apparently wanted to see me gouged by their preferred vendors. Their front facing representative was very friendly and helpful but ultimately just like big banks its the mask they put in front of the machine. They'd rather see me bent over by their specialty shop than actually help me stay safe - totally immoral. Avoid if you can.
