  Rian is an exceptional mortgage loan officer. He took time to explain and answer all of our questions throughout the process of our refinance. He was very responsive to all forms of communication including text, email, and phone. Rian's knowledge of the re-finance helped guide us to a loan that best fit our needs. He promptly connected us to a title co. office in a convenient location for closing of the loan. One of the great things about Rian, besides his company's competitive pricing is he explains everything to you and he returns your calls promptly. What this does is keeps us from wondering where we are in the process or what we need to do. He is on top of it and let's us know what to do when. I would highly recommend you reaching out to him
