  Probably one of my worst experiences with banking in my life. When I first started banking with Adventure the website was an absolute mess. Unorganized, poorly optimized, and was no where near easy to navigate. The user experience would have received a failing grade. I've managed to avoid interacting with anything website or app related for about 6 months, and even after that time nothing has changed. I'd like to also point out the first time I had my real customer experience with them was after the pandemic started, I had called their office to make a deposit in my account for their "Skip A Pay" option, because the website would not give me the option to deposit money into my account. The representative told me the only way to do so was to come into the office and make a deposit, which again, further proves my point that this Credit Union is absolutely outdated. The website on both Safari and Google Chrome had been experiencing "technical difficulties" for almost a MONTH. My first signs of issues after recently interacting once again with the website and app revolved around the sign in process, I specifically have all my information written down for a lot of things and the website kept telling me it was invalid, I attempted to reset my password when the website told me my account wasn't authorized to attempt password resets, which is probably the most stupid thing I have ever read. I have NEVER had to receive authorization to reset a password for anything. Here's the fun part, I learned that if you use the app, you can actually password reset without the need of being authorized to do so. Which tells me how much of a calamity their operations really are. I finally get to the point where I have to call someone to unlock my account for me, and this lady needed my SS# in order to help me. Which is fine, I get it, a lot of financial institutions require that, but what really throws me off are the 7 additional security questions being asked after the fact that I had just given to her the most top secret numbers that are linked to my life. After that, I then log into my bank account and finally go to deposit funds into my savings account and the ONLY WAY, to do such a thing is to sign a check. Adventure Credit Union is literally a financial institution that would seem like all business is done through horse & buggy. My review says 1/5 stars, its actually 0/5 stars. Nothing about this Credit Union is easy.
