They have also lost my check and then retrieved it but still are charging me a $25.00 late fee.**Update: I spoke with someone months later who actually listened to my complaint and took away my late fee so I’ve added 2 more stars to the review. They are more apt to answer the phone when I call now as well. They seem to be improving
