      My daughter applied for membership and was denied. There is no expiation for the denial, except calls into Headquarters stating the “system” kicked the application out, no explanation is needed. I’ve been an Affinity FCU member before it was known by this name. I don’t understand the unconcern. I do know as soon as my HELOC balance is paid off, I’ll be taking my coins and going elsewhere. So embarrassed because I encouraged her to join.

      This place is a scam. Their rates are high, they have a bunch of hidden fees, and doing the simplest thing here, which would be very simple anywhere else, is very difficult, including linking your debit account and making payments. Also, their people are unprofessional. When they bring you in for a loan, they're nice but afterward, they're kinda weird. This is not a good place.
