      TJ helped me out in a major way when he didn’t have to! I drove almost an hour to get to this branch and realized that it was closed. I did call, but apparently it went to a different branch. He handled my transaction and was totally gracious about it. I’m sure it was annoying for him, but you wouldn’t know it. Thank you!

      I normally use the Cedar Knolls location and have been for years. The prior manager was always gracious and offered excellent service. The current manager I can say with confidence is just the opposite. I find her bitter,, contrite and seems to have her own agenda. I have been with AFCU for 34 years and the only bad experience is with, well, I’ll call her “Bitter Betty”. So, Bitter Betty, I hope you’re reading this and I understand you feel as though you are judge and jury, because, we all know you’re smarter than most of us humans, however, bitterness is a weakness either way. So now you will be know as Weaky Wanda. You can call me FU Fred.
