      Excellent customer service! Friendly and expedient. I am always greeted with many smiles. Jose Alvarez has sat down with me and introduced me to a few products that were beneficial to me. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his position there at the Morristown branch office on Ridgedale Avenue. Craig is a great customer service rep. He is always attentive and always makes sure all my needs are met at every visit. Gita is a friendly and efficient customer service rep. You can always count on her to give you her best. I am very impressed by the staff there at the Provident bank. It feels like family... It is always a pleasant time when I visit the branch. Thank you all for your awesomeness!!
