      FIRST HOME SECURED!!!! This is the best lender I could find. I had a 2 week battle with 9 different lenders of all sorts. I tried every method possible to secure the lowest rate meanwhile rates were going up at a fast pace. This was no challenge for Adam Phillips at Affinity Mortgage. While other people were being sharky and predatory Adam made it simple and easy. He got me a lower rate than everyone else, and when I found a similar rate he lowered his. His estimates were not under exaggerated like the competitors. He also gave me helpful advice along the way. The best part is that he did all this without charging me points or fees of any sort. Infact they gave me a rebate on my loan. I'm beyond satisfied and can't wait to work with him again on the next mortgage. Thanks a ton Adam!
