      Garrison has helped me close on 2 of my homes now. One in 2016 and one last week. He does a great job to make sure everything is handled and prepared in a timely manner and really makes sure to inform you and make you knowledgeable about your rates and the entire closing process.       We had exceptionally positive experience from dealing with Garrison Lamothe. He helped us to get a mortgage for a house that we finally purchased a few days ago. I liked that the entire process was fully online. At the same time, when I needed to call him on an urgent matter that was a straightforward simple conversation that I liked too. Garrison answered emails quickly and to the point given that I usually had many follow-up questions. We felt confident and well informed about the process at all times.       Not a good Loan company. There are better options. After I give them all of my paperwork of my financial and living history for the past 5 years, I was still denied a loan. It worked out i found a better house but I wasted money with affirm. What they dis to me shouls be illegal.
