  Hi , I would like to express my appreciation for AG Direct . I recently bought a tractor and my dealer recommended AG Direct . I thought I could get a lone from InTerra Credit union (a local bank)that was a large mistake . They wanted 5.75% on a 5 year lone . But I went with AG Direct after all and I’m well pleased with a interest rate of 4.49% . And Interra credit union hasn’t dropped a bit. I will highly recommend Ag Direct to friends and family. Thanks Ag Direct for everything.🤙

  Don’t waste your time or points on your credit score. The customer service is terrible, the loan officers could approve you today and deny you tomorrow. Their approval process is completely based on a whim. I’ve seen them approve some people and deny others with the same history.

  I was probably Ag Direct’s most raving fan/ customer for the past 10 years. Literally hundreds of deals in the millions of dollars as a partner/customer for them. They used to take me out for lunch, buy me drinks at different events, always did outstanding to show appreciation. All of that was completely forgotten when a new? (Not sure) agent I’ve never met before this deal decided he had a problem. They didn’t bother to hear the other side of the story. I’ve never been treated so unfairly in my life. Forget it!
