      Had 2 inquiries on the same date by them. Spoke with customer service who was able to explain that it was 2 different mortgage companies. I in fact was rate shopping with 2 different companies about refinancing my house. She was polite and very professional. The entire call lasted less than 4 minutes. The inquiries were accurate and appropriate. Give them a call and ask about the inquiry. They will gladly help you.

      Ran my credit, never heard of this business and i am multiple states away, and had no activity that would trigger a credit check. Reporting to police
