      My rating of 5 stars is based on the conversation I had with David Trautner about refinancing. This important decisions can and will be life changing depending on Whether or not I make the right selection in who refinances my home. He was patient and engaging in answering my questions, and advising me of the restructuring of the company. He made me comfortable as I spoke to him, taking his time. I didn’t feel rushed.       Dave Trautner and Amber Lohrengel at ResiCentral/Agora Lending are the BEST! I've trusted them twice now with my mortgage, once when I first bought and another time with my REFI. Everything was so easy, they were extremely responsive. We closed both times with a month and they had the lowest rates! They got rid of my PMI, and got me the best rate. Thank you! SO HAPPY with the experience.

      I will keep One American Bank side of the business aside from my review, as they have been very responsive and tried to help. But, Agora Lending is rude, in simple terms. They only respond if they want basically. Otherwise, you just have to keep chasing them, which mostly doesn't work anyway. If you are wondering the status of your application, or amended a document upon their request and waiting for an answer, like in my case, good luck with that. I have sent them follow-up emails 7 times and they have never responded. Randy Fahilga and Matthew Hutson are very unresponsive , and therefore I find them amateurs. If you cannot approve an application, you should still be able to respond, as a gesture, especially if the applicant has spent hours of time to provide you the documents you wish to see. Definitely not recommended.
