  Calling the number listed trying to reach the office and all I get is an endless recording with no option to speak to anyone.

  Hi Pamela, The phone numbers listed on our branch locations – 719.593.8600 and 800.223.1983 – go to our Contact Center. Our branch locations do not have direct access phone numbers as we want our branch staff to be ready and available to assist members physically conducting business at the branch. Our wonderful Contact Center team is available during business hours to answer questions and assist members by phone. While hold times can fluctuate with call volume, it looks like our average hold time today is less than 2 minutes.   This place is terrible I got an auto loan with them payed it off received the title of the car and a receipt of the payed off account. Then magically i re owed $242. They said that my final installment payment had bounced right before I payed off the loan in full. So I paid the amount received another receipt and a check from them for my $5 return for closing the account. It has now been since January since I closed it and out of the blue they are saying that somehow I magically owe money on a account that has been payed off and closed for month's!!!
