Mary Lovin went above and beyond helping my elderly mother sell her house. I live in Birmingham and could only help to get things ready on weekends but Mary made herself available and pitched in to help get top dollar for it. She quickly responded to my constant calls and questions and was patient and gentle with mom. She is tough when it comes to negotiations and gave fabulous advice to us as we were navigating the counter-offers (yes, multiple). The sale wasn't an easy one and took a seasoned pro to deal with the title issues and lien releases, but she took it all in stride. I highly recommend Mary Lovin, if it wasn't for her tenacity and experience I am not sure that we could have sold mom's house for what we did.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mary Lovin, as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. Mary Lovin, is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. We had a 4 month renovation that she completely handled. From floor to ceiling. She made a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood.
