I was getting ready to refinance with my current mortgage company at the time, wasnt real happy about some of the issues with them. I had listened to Kim Williams on the radio with the guys from 93.1 and decided to contact them. It was like the next day I heard from Madeline Cohn and explained to her want the situation was. In no time she had the ball rolling and I was able to refinance with a company locate and not some place hundreds of miles away with no face to put with the folks I was dealing with. In a matter of three weeks I was able to close and use escrow funds to pay off several large items. This was one of the smoothest transactions I have been involved in over thirty years.
