      Alan was the best. Transparent, cordial, ethical, empathetic and professional. He was also assertive with other parties as needed, which I appreciated. 2020 was the absolute worst year for buying a home. However, working with Alan was honestly a highlight. Of course, there were things that happened outside of his control that I wasn't the happiest about. He patiently and respectfully listened to my concerns and frustrations, then we game-planned together. Buying a new home is never stress free, so you need at least 1 person you feel isn't trying to exploit you. We all want a trusted expert with integrity. I will also share, as a person of color, this hasn't always been my experience. Alan was amazing and supported my family and me from the initial inquiry, through 3 different home contracts (thanks COVID) and to the eventual closing on the most PERFECT estate. I doubt I would've persevered with any other lender and I could've easily missed out on the opportunity to buy this one of a kind home.
