      I was trying to buy a single wide mobile home with them. Everything was going smoothly until four days before closing on the house I get a call from them telling me they just found out they don't cover single wide mobile homes. If you are a mortgage company how do you not know what kind of homes you supply a loan for?! That would have been amazing information to know after I spent nearly $1000 on appraisal fees and an inspection and wasting a month of my time. All they could say is sorry. So unprofessional and uncaring. I only got back half of my appraisal amount back afterwards. Do not use them!
