      I HATE banking its a sore subject that I avoid at all costs I don’t know a lot its not my expertise. ANNA continuously gives an excellent personal experience every dang time (silly and fun) willing to make it work and not a passive help that everybody is. She makes me want to work towards my goals, I’m a small business owner and I feel like I now have the potential to expand and be big. She doesn’t pretend to know it all and gives great direction (AND IS Real and human). I didn’t even know she was the branch manager she is always a teller in action. This places stands out because of her and the group. Top Notch. Her and Rachel make me laugh and Allissa has great humor. Keep it up rooting for ya

      Horrible customer service. If you go to a branch, they can’t help you, they call the same customer service line regular people do and have to wait on hold. So you get to wait on them, while they wait on hold, to talk to someone who can’t help. Credit Card got stolen, they refunded the purchases but my minimum payment was almost $1000 because they couldn’t resolve the issue before statements went out. Too bad, so sad, Pay up. You’d have better luck at a bank. Federal credit Union is more of a marketing tool than an actual benefit. What a joke.
