I usually have a wonderful experience at Alaska F.C.U. ... Helpful staff etc. However this past Thursday I was disappointed... When I arrived I waited for a total of 30 minutes before leaving..... I noticed one teller working on paperwork for 2 customers... Another teller standing next to the other teller for some reason....the whole time I was there.... Inside a glassed off office another employee andtalked on the phone... I waited and was not contacted by anyone... The employee behind glass seemed to be enjoying herself... I left without getting help....
