Been dealing with issues for my new car loan. My previous 2 were no issues. This has been a pain. No notes on file from my previous 4 calls to customer care. I was told last week February 23 I would get a call from branch manager. No call. I called in again to get transferred twice and no help. Pretty disappointed on experience.

Sloppy, lazy account security >;-[ Otherwise, they're okay, I guess - not good - not bad - okay. ( They do have good hours, though. ) However, they could be a LOT better. Their overall security is a joke - no 2Fa - not even SMS - in 2022?!? REALLY??? *I have other financial institutions in other countries, and their security is top notch; most of them have 2Fa, SMS, and Yubikey. Come on Alaska - show you care about your customers - bump up your security before it's too late - PLEASE?
