I am a member of this credit union, I live in central Europe. My AK USA Visa card expired at beginning of last March: they never sent replacement card, so can NOT make any purchases! 46 emails exchanged between me and member "service" center: still no card! Countless phone calls totaling well over 2 hours, endlessly being put on hold, always a different person....STILL NO CARD! They made me send them a business letter formally requesting a new Visa card early last month: STILL NO CARD. Horrible company, horrible customer service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. AVOID THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!
