      Chris Thomas with Alaska USA Mortgage and Loans was exceptional in the way he and his team handled the purchase of my property. He was extremely prompt in responding to my queries and concerns about details of the loan and the associated paperwork. This was absolutely essential in my case since I went through the process of identifying the property and arranging for the mortgage from an out of state location. I was present only on the day of the closing which was also, incidentally, the first in person walk through of the property. The amount of trust and confidence in Chris made the whole project possible. I must thank the real estate agent Jon Hill of EXP Realty who was the person who put me in touch with Chris...Kudos to the whole team...everyone did a fantastic job to ensure smooth sailing!

      Chris did such an amazing job helping myself sort through all the little details that people must go through when buying a house in a remote place in Alaska: tilting issues, understanding who I needed to talk to about various parts of the loan and surrounding arrangements, and he also helped me make contact with many of these people I had to talk to. I could not have done it without him. I walked away feeling as if there were not a stone unturned in the loan acquisition and finishing process.

      This is the second time I used Alaska USA Mortgage Company for my home loan. I applied for a VA loan and the VA requires a lot of things. Chris Thomas mortgage loan originator kept me advised of every step from beginning to end. Buying a house was incredibly stressful this go around. Chris made the process extremely easy for me.
