  I have worked with Albert on both purchase and re-finance loans for my primary residence and investment properties over the past decade. Though my financial situation is quite complex, his knowledge and expertise in working with the lenders consistently achieved the best terms possible. As the escrow process required homework on my end to provide all the various documentation needed, Albert had a clear strategy and guided me through the process, always available for clarification. Even in the midst of the financial uncertainty and market turmoil during the COVID-19 pandemic, we closed a loan in just over 30 days, which is an amazing feat given the situation.

  I worked with Albert on both my home purchase back in January 2017 and a refinancing that just concluded. Overall, Albert provided incredible service for both processes and I would recommend him to anyone for a loan or refinance! Albert is extremely detailed and highly communicative. He walked me through the details of my loans on both occasions and helped me understand the different terms. He provides frequent updates and is clearly on-top of getting me the best rate possible in the market. Albert also helped me to track when I needed to get the refinance and helped me determine the optimal time to do so. If I need to take another loan, Albert is who I will go to!

  Albert is excellent. He is so patient, and willing to help us to work out all the details the lander had questions on. He is very detail orientated too and very experience, he would review everything for us once before we even submit the loan application. He had help my family to successfully get our loans for so many times.
