      Please do not waste your time with this agent, save yourself the headache of dealing with a property manager that does the cheapest fixes he can only to leave you in a bind later. His handy man used youtube to fix my toilet flapper, not to mention the plumbing issue they never fixed in the laundry room and decided to put a pvc pipe along the wall that ran to a hole they made to go outside “to water the grass!” This eventually led to water damage to the house which they tried to charge me as damage to carpet!! I can type for hours but i’m just giving people a heads up before they engage with this agent and have to deal with what I had to.

      Mr Rolon is an Outstanding Realtor / Loan Officer. I have never seen or been helped from someone with such appreciation to his profession. He was running a bit late and had the courtesy to call me ahead of time to notify me.
