  Don’t try to use this little hick town bank card anywhere outside of the united states. Even if you put a travel notice on your account, they will still flag every single transaction you try to make as fraud. I have had to call every single day after any transaction I make because it gets declined- thank god I didn’t have to bail myself out of jail or pay for any emergency medical services. Once you call the fraud department they love to keep you on hold for absolutely no reason at all, then they’ll lie to you and tell you that “You shouldn’t have anymore problems for the rest of your trip! Sorry for the inconvenience!!” only for the next day’s transactions to be flagged for fraud again. The only time I’ve actually even had fraudulent charges on my card (a few years ago)- card security didn’t even catch the transaction- I DID! Aggravating is an understatement.

  I refinance my truck with them I go to pay it on there website. To find out you can't pay it on-line so there not even up to date with technology and you call them they charge you 10 dollars to pay it on the phone so there is only two ways to pay by mail or drive 50 miles won way to pay them so I would not suggest doing any type off loan with them and you look for other locations online the only one they have is in alcoa that pops up so this is the worst place I have ever done business with.

  Hi, Joseph. You can make loan payments anytime via our mobile app. We also have 5 locations to serve you. A fee is only assessed when paying by phone when using a third party account.
