  Well, unlike the rest of the reviews for this company we are certainly not pleased and I'm going to reach every outlet about our experience! My husband and I were excited about getting our first home together. My husband was referred to ms. Jacky Hernandez a loan officer though an old realtor. We did everything she asked us to do. Gave her all the documents. She originally gave my husband a loan pre approval for 225k. This was in 2021. In January of 2022 she gave my husband another pre approval for 241k she then referred us to her Husband ceasar Hernandez for help with realtor services. He was not very proficient nor did he provide much listings for us no good ones at least. Almost 2 weeks went by. My husband sent several text tried calling, and email. He never responded. So we decided to go with another realtor. Our new realtor got us a showing and drew up a contract for us in 2 days! We found a home and decided to make an offer. The very second Jacky got wind that we found another realtor everything went downhill from there! She claimed that we never told her about my husband's child support payments which we absolutely did! Furthermore if she didn't have his child support payments as she claimed how on earth was she able to get a pre approval in the first place right? She then said the house that we were looking to purchase was "not in our price range". The house was listed for 224k. Somehow we went from a 241k pre approval to "we don't qualify" anymore in a matter of 24 hours. She deliberately sabotaged our loan amount because we decided not to work with her husband. Not so coincidentally her husband decided to call my husband the day this all went down. Never heard a word from him till we found another realtor. She basically tried to bully us into working with her husband again and we decided not to. Well, we paid the price for that because we have no home loan now and our family is in ruins because of her and her husband's shenanigans! We never signed a contract to work with her husband so we owed him absolutely nothing! So if you're looking for a home loan, I would keep looking. Especially if you're a POC. I'm filing a formal complaint with the BBB and any other outlet I can find that's for sure!
