      Worst lending institution ever, They make me waste time and a lot money, Don't waste yours, I definitely don't recommend this institution

      The absolute worse lending institution in the Chicagoland area. As an agent for over 15 years in this city, this is the only bank that has loan officers that will not answer any calls, return any emails, and have zero regards towards urgency. Regardless of how busy they can be, they can give someone the common courtesy in returning a call or sending an email to tell someone they are busy. They just completely ignore your existence causing frustration, bad relationships, and dead deals. Thank God there are now more lenders doing these ITIN loans so we do not have to deal with the incompetence that this bank has to offer.

      The loan department is rude and unprofessional. The security officer has better manners than these so called certified professional loan department. I heard rumors from other people but was surprised with how accurate their description was of the way people are treated there.
