      The entire experience went exceptionally well from start to finish in May 2021. The company did my closing within a record-breaking time (less than two weeks) in a hectic time before Memorial Day long weekend. The company is popular and had at this time more than 30 closings. Worth adding that my property brought an additional challenge to All Pocono since it is located in the exclusive, super high HOA with other challenging requirements. I want to praise, especially Lisa Sandillo, for her super professional approach, very kind attitude, natural skills to be very open, nice to customer needs, flexibility, and a super-fast, efficient job. I want to thank very much, Jenna, the processor of my house, for the swift and professional job, kindness, and accessible communication.

      the worst title company to work with, never again.

      Unfortunately there isn't 0 stars to give them, they are the worst title company by far, my attorney(Fisher&Fisher Poconos) recommend me to use them as he said that he works only with them, as I am out of state buyer I listen to his recommendation. The title company was very unprofessional unreliable, not responsive, and the rudest company, they were pulling and stretching the time non stop, I was a cash buyer so no bank was involved, they weren't able to tell me my total cost with all the fees for closing up until a DAY before the closing, they weren't replying to my email neither tomy calls especially Robin(their closing manager as they said). Never again I will go or recommend them.
