This is a great outfit with a well-run office and staff. They are prompt and courteous. I enjoy doing business with them and will do so in the future. When I read some of the reviews, I find it hard to believe someone can describe them as such. Problems sometimes occur in all businesses but E&E deals with them as they come up. That's why they are the best! Going back again and again. Shout out to Ricmarie!

We have had zero communication with the settlement agent, neither has our buyer. This includes the collection of earnest money, leaving us without recourse or the opportunity for remuneration for lost opportunities to sell for cash. Our closing date of May 2, 2022 has come and gone and nary a word or the courtesy of a return call. Update - we are almost set to close 5 days late, but better than the alternative. The property owners association was a hold up. So not all blame lands at the feet of E&E.
