Me and my wife went to open up our savings and checking account, and Brandy the Member Advisor helped us set up our accounts swiftly. We even got our debit cards printed in store branch which is impressive, because I have never seen that in any other banks. Overall a great experience and we are looking forward to build a long lasting relationship with this credit union. The High Point branch is useless. The lobby is never open when website says it is and if you’re lucky enough to find it open, the online banker process is nothing less than annoying. Please!!!! Give us a full service bank in High Point!!!!!
