  Bad service. Trying to cash a company check from on of my main client. They didn’t cash it and were very rude when I asked why they won’t cash it. They (the clerk and manager) kept telling me to tell my company to add me on “pay positive”, which I kept telling them I don’t work for the that company, they are my clients, I can’t tell them how to run their business. They didn’t want to hear it. They told me to go to another branch if I want. They are lazy, they just didn’t want to call the company to verify if the check was legit. I ended up having to go to the heights branch. Which was very inconvenient because it was traffic hour, I lost a bit over a hour, which anyone that runs a business knows, “time is money”. I’ve never had a problem with them they heights branch, they are great! They called, verified the check, cashed it, and I was on my way.

  I think one of the best customer service levels of any bank that i have ever used. On a different level that larger national brands. Car break ins after hours are ridiculous to rate a bank! They went far above to help during Covid!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
