Elizabeth and her team did a wonderful job under the circumstances of the times. We had never before bought property, then hired a builder (AHP) to construct a new house on the 2.5 acre lot. It was a very different experience. Sente helped us through every step, explaining what was happening at each stage. We started with a construction loan and when the house was completed, moved to a VA loan. Not many mortgage companies handle both. Obstacles were encountered along the way, but all hurdles were surmounted and we relied heavily on Elizabeth’s and Betsy’s knowledge and expertise. All is well in our new home.
