      Rima and Jessica helped us with some transactions recently. Both of them went out of their way to help us complete the process and we love their commitment to excellence they displayed. We could go to any branch, but don't mind driving 30 minutes to go to the Dearborn branch, it's well worth the drive. Great Job

      Spent a month working with this group to refinance two of my work trucks and I did the majority of the work. They did a complete bait and switch on me. Make sure you get everything in writing if you deal with this group. I was looking forward to working with them and am now very disappointed.

      Rima, the Branch Manager, and her entire crew are professional and most caring! They've helped me with so many transactions in the past 6 months and made life much easier for me. Their notary assisted me in a real estate purchase so that I could complete it remotely (and not travel 6 hours away), their staff helped me complete a wire transfer (which I'd never done before). They helped me open an account and clear up an estate matter. They even sat and wrote my account number on a huge pile of wrapped coins so I could finally deposit those coins we procrastinate over! They greet you and treat you like family (the ones who make you happy).
