      Just refinanced my car there, The switchover was pretty easy. Would like to give a shout out to Pam Thompson for making the transition very easy. Very polite and helpful during the transition.       TRYING (keyword "trying") to cash a check given to me by a family member. Four lanes of drive-thru tellers and yet only one open. The line is out into the street. And it is taking 15 minutes or more per customer. Now, mind you, the governer is about to put a lockdown on for the state of Michigan. It takes 45 minutes and they still have me pull to the side and give me a hard time about getting my money. So an hour of my time, a headache, an unsuccessful call to customer service, and a service fee later I'm stuck wondering,"Why would anyone use this bank?"
