  The atm is never available, you either can never deposit money or take out money. And to top it all off when you’re driving around to get to either the tellers or atm they have a huge pothole that is very hard to avoid. I’m surprised they honestly haven’t filled it yet, because that pothole is an accident waiting to happen.

  I pulled into the drive through parking open bay behind another car around 9:07 am Monday 2/7/22. 9:11 am I was next and sent the carrier empty as I needed deposit slips for a check I wanted to deposit most of- getting $50 back in cash. I then pushed the call button. 9:16 I pushed the call button again. Finally a lady came to the window seemingly agitated and said can what do you need. I said I needed deposit slips and she said just send your check and we will deposit it. I tried to explain that I wanted some cash back from the check. She then sent 1 deposit slip and said you can just fill out a withdrawal slip then and left the drive through area. She disappeared for a while and the a stocky man came to the window and said we have people inside also waiting to be served and started to leave and then said- what all you need is 50 bucks back? I nodded my head yes and he disappeared behind the wall. Then a younger man came out and sent my stuff back. I was finally finished at 9:29- for a drive through transaction ! I was never treated this way at this branch when it was TCF and I’m considering changing banks. I understand if places are short workers as I am at the senior community I manage in Allen Park, but at lease acknowledge me and let know you are very busy.
