Allison and her team were so helpful when we refinancing our home. With the home values skyrocketing in our area we really wanted to capitalize on the lower rates and higher values in order to get out of a first time homebuyers loan. We had several issues at first trying to get the value where we needed it but Allison was so patient with us. We were able to close on our refi end of last year and get out of the horrid loans we had. We now have an awesome affordable payment and made a new friend in the process. Purchasing a home can be so stressful, first the house hunting and then the loan process. However, this is the second time we have used Allison to purchase a home. And once again Allison and her team have made it so easy and simple for us to purchase our home. Allison is a great communicator and kept us in the loop the entire process.
