      When you call customer service and they can’t help you they will simply hang up on you. Call again and they’ll probably hang up on you AGAIN. Every location I’ve been to they have been extremely rude. This bank is literally a joke they talk to the customers like its bothering them to deposit money or cash a check. It’s ridiculous
